- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter cold
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla; spread in a baking dish.
